Complaint Management Procedure (GRS):

If you are dissatisfied with receiving the service, contact the officer in charge. If you do not find a solution, please contact us in the following manner.

(A) When to contact: If the officer in charge of different units of Bangladesh Police fails to give any solution.

(B) Where / with whom to contact: If dissatisfied with receiving the service, contact the officer in charge.

# Contact the unit head / focal point of different units described in column-1 below.
# If the officer-in-charge mentioned in column-1 fails to resolve the issue, he / she will contact the senior officers of Bangladesh Police mentioned in column-2.
# If the senior officer mentioned in column 2 fails to solve the problem, he will contact the senior officers of Bangladesh Police mentioned in column 3.
# In case of failure of the senior officers mentioned in column-2 to resolve the issue, it was requested to contact the Focal Point (RGS) of Police Headquarters, Bangladesh Police, Dhaka mentioned in column-4.
